Terms of Sales

RESERVATION :
The reservation will be effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.

LENGTH OF STAY :
The client who has signed this contract concluded for a specific period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

CANCELATION :
Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guest rooms, forcing us to have a strict cancellation policy.
Any cancellation must be notified by post or email.
If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of administrative fees (€15)
If the cancellation occurs between the 14th and the day before your stay, the deposit will be retained and will not give rise to any compensation. 
If you do not show up within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, we may have the room available. The deposit also remains acquired and you will have to pay the balance of the rental.

Any stay started is due in full.
If before the start of the stay, we are forced to cancel the stay, we will inform you by post or email and you will be reimbursed immediately and without penalty for the amounts paid.
In the event of privatization of the property, specific cancellation conditions will be applied.

ARRIVAL :
You must arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, please notify us.

DEPARTURE :
We thank you for vacating the premises before 11:00 a.m.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE:
The balance of the stay is paid upon entry into the premises.
Payment method: bank transfer, credit card, cash.

Any supplies taken will be charged.

USE OF THE PREMISES:
For your comfort and that of future occupants, the guest rooms are non-smoking.

ABILITY :
The guest rooms are designed for a capacity of two to eight people.
If the number of occupants exceeds the number of customers indicated when making your reservation, we reserve the right to refuse additional people.
Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at your initiative.
However, additional guests can be accepted (in certain accommodations) only with the prior agreement of the manager at the time of booking, subject to payment of the stay price per additional person (15 Euros per day and per additional person).

WELCOME ANIMALS:
Animals are not allowed.

INSURANCE :
The customer is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. It is required to be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks.
Insurers very often provide this coverage at no additional cost in your home insurance.

DISPUTE :
Any dispute or claim relating to these general conditions of
reservation or cancellation will be brought before the competent French court.
